Grease is a substance that helps lubricate and increase the lubrication at touchpoints in various places where lubricants cannot be applied, such as ball bearings, ball joints, driven shaft sets or suspension connection points, etc.

Today, PTT Lubricants will introduce 2 types of water and heat resistant grease: LI-PLEXgrease and CHASSIS grease. Let’s see how they are different!
The heat resisting grease is LI-PLEX grease
This grease is made from high quality lithium complex type soap mixed with extreme pressure additives (EP). This formulation results in strong structural integrity and the ability to endure operating temperatures of up to 180°C. The LI-PLEX grease, therefore, can support heavy work continuously, making it suitable for truck wheel bearings and industrial machinery bearings.
Unique Features of the LI-PLEX grease
• Suitable for industrial application and vehicles bearing that are exposed to high pressure with high heat such as bearings, grinders, cutting machines, metal rolling machines and the grease filling area of machines used in industrial factories
• Effectively prevents corrosion and rust
• Helps prevent dust from entering the lubricant
• Helps extend the service life
• Available in 2 numbers: NLGI 2, 3
The water resisting grease is CHASSIS grease
This is a calcium grease with excellent adhesion and wash resistance. The CHASSIS grease is suitable for the suspension of a truck, agricultural machines and general vehicles. It can withstand the heat of up to 70°C.

• Water and high humidity resistant
• Suitable for work with high humidity, such as wheel bolts or ball joints in tractors
• Highly adhesive which increases lubrication efficiency
• Prevents dust from entering the lubricant
• Available in 2 numbers: NLGI 2, 3
