SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT

High quality synthetic brake fluid that can resist the heat up to 250 °C (Reflux Boiling Point) which is above general standards. The SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT3 was produced from high purity synthetic chemicals such as Glycol Ethers and special quality additives that passed international standards such as FMVSS No. 116 DOT 3, ISO 4925 Class 3 and SAE J1703, etc.

Special features

• Good resistance to temperature changes

• Does not react with rubber balls and other parts in the brake system and does not cause the rubber seal to shrink and expand

• Prevent sticky rubber, allowing the piston of the brake master cylinder to move easily throughout the use

The SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT3 is suitable for hydraulic braking systems, both disc brakes and drum brakes of general-purpose vehicles, or ones that are instructed to use DOT 3 standard by the manual, which are mainly for everyday use and all situations.

 

SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT 4

High quality synthetic brake fluid that can resist the heat up to 270 °C (Reflux Boiling Point) which is above general standards. The SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT4 was formulated from high purity synthetic chemicals such as Glycol Ethers and Borate Esters with special additives and has passed international standards such as FMVSS No. 116 DOT 4, ISO 4925 Class 4 and SAE J1704, etc.

• High boiling point with the strong ability to maintain viscosity when temperature changes, ensuring the braking efficiency in every situation

• Does not react with rubber balls and other components in the brake system, not causing the rubber seal to shrink and expand too much

• Prevent sticky rubber, making the piston of the brake master cylinder move easily and it is resistant to deterioration throughout its use

The SYNTHETIC BRAKE FLUID DOT4 is suitable for hydraulic braking systems, both disc brakes and drum brakes of general to heavy duty vehicles, or ones that are instructed to use DOT 3 and DOT 4 standards by the manual. The DOT4 is commonly used for vehicles requiring heavy braking and frequent braking, such as driving uphill and downhill, off-road, or racing that requires speed.

 

Recommendations: It is important to check the brake system, both the brake cable and the brake fluid pipe in order to observe and prevent leakage. Also, the brake fluid should be changed at every 40,000 kilometers or 2 years, whichever comes first or according to the instructions of the car manual to prevent the accumulation of foreign matter and moisture that contaminates and reduces the boiling point of brake fluid. The contaminants can also increase the risk of acid build-up in the brake fluid, which can lead to corrosion of rubber seals.
